The operating system for community sport

One platform for the whole club.

It runs the whole club over text message: fixtures, ladders, availability, the calendar and club admin, reaching every family by SMS so nobody needs an app to stay in the loop. One login for the club, one source of truth, for every side from first grade to the under-8s. And an AI that quietly drafts the busywork.

Why one platform

Most clubs run on six apps and a spreadsheet.

The draw lives on the association site. RSVPs are buried in a group chat. Selections are in someone's notebook. The ladder is a screenshot. The newsletter is a Word document nobody opens.

MeetPi puts the whole season in one place: the fixtures, the availability, the selection, the results, the ladder, the calendar and the messages. Everyone sees the version that is actually true, and the club stops re-typing the same thing into five tools.

The assistant

An AI that does the writing, not the deciding.

The quiet hours a committee loses are the writing: the match report, the weekly note, the reminder that has to go out tonight. MeetPi drafts them in your club's voice, from what already happened on the platform.

A person always sends. The AI drafts and you approve. It has no send button, structurally, and it never rates or ranks the kids. How the AI works.
  • Match reports, drafted from the result and the ladder
  • Club announcements and the weekly note
  • Reminders and messages to players and guardians
  • Event summaries and recaps, ready to post
  • Hours back for the coach and the committee, every week
Built for the whole community

The same platform, from the clubroom to the sideline.

Players

Senior or junior, you see your fixtures, your availability and whether you are named. Set yourself in or out in a tap. No app to install if you would rather reply to a text.

Coaches & managers

Ask once, watch the board fill in, name the side on a field you can drag, and print the team sheet. The match report drafts itself for you to send.

Committees & administrators

The whole club, one record each. Fixtures, results, the ladder, the calendar, the directory and the audit trail, all in one place instead of five.

Guardians

You never need the app. A text arrives from the club, you reply Y or N, and you are done, with no account and no password, ever. Download it if you want more: every fixture, result and team your family is in, and the whole club's week, tracked in your pocket.

Associations

Run the competition across every member club: the draw, results approval and the ladder, on one engine that fits your code, not a spreadsheet emailed around on a Sunday.

Volunteers & officials

Referees see their fixtures and submit the result. Volunteers claim a slot by text. Everyone gets exactly what their role needs, and nothing it does not.

Trust is the material

The strongest features are the ones we refuse to build.

The AI has no send button

Not as a setting, but structurally: there is no path in the code from the assistant to your families. It drafts, a person sends, and it never rates, ranks or compares children.

0% of your club's money

We are building Stripe payments for club fundraising now, and MeetPi's platform fee will be 0%, enforced in code with a test the day it ships. You will pay Stripe's processing fee and nothing to us. Other platforms run "free" by adding a fee to the money flowing through them. We take none of yours.

Children are off limits

No adult-to-child 1:1 messages. No junior leaderboards. Medical details, when they come, are consent-gated, age-tiered and locked down by law.

Where this goes

Built for one club. Already reaching further.

An association's draw already lands on every member club's own calendar the moment it is set, no re-typing, no screenshot in a group chat. That connection, club to association, is working today, not a plan for later.

Every action a committee takes, a role granted, a refund approved, writes itself into a record nobody can quietly edit. It is the same discipline, applied wherever MeetPi runs, that we believe scales honestly from one club to a whole competition, and further, in time. See how far this goes ›

Where MeetPi is up to

New, and honest about it.

MeetPi is being built in the open, and we would rather show you exactly where it is than dress it up. Built and tested today: the club's week over text; roster import from PlayHQ, Squadi or GameDay; the availability board; announcements with replies that thread themselves back to the right game; attendance; club money and admin, from charges to bank reconciliation to a payment chase that never texts a family who has already paid; the competition platform, draws, results, ladders and finals, propagated to every club's own calendar; and AI drafting. Being built now: card payments for club fundraising (Stripe, at a 0% MeetPi platform fee), shipping ahead of the 2026-27 season. You will find no logos, no testimonials and no invented numbers here, because there are no customers yet.

If you want your club to be one of the first, we would love to hear from you.
