Create a game in a couple of minutes and send the ask. The board fills in as replies land. On game day it flips to attendance: tap heads as they arrive. If the ground changes, one rebroadcast reaches every family that was invited.

Calm is a feature.
MeetPi speaks in the same plain voice at 6am and on grand final morning. No streaks, no confetti, no feed. When nothing needs you, it says so and shows nothing else.

When payments ship, the platform fee is $0, enforced in code. You pay Stripe's processing fee and nothing to us. We are paid the boring way: a published subscription and a published SMS margin.
Children are off limits
Adults never message a child 1:1 through MeetPi. Under-13s hold no accounts and no phone numbers in MeetPi. No junior leaderboards, ever.
We stay out of your registration system's way.
AFL, cricket, netball and basketball clubs live on PlayHQ. Soccer runs Squadi. Others sit on GameDay. MeetPi does not compete with any of them, and never asks for their logins.
Bring your roster across as a club-authorised export or a paste, and MeetPi owns the part registration systems are terrible at: the Tuesday night of club life. The mirror is one way. Changes in MeetPi never write back.

MeetPi is newly built and tested in our lab. The 2026-27 summer season is where we prove it with our first clubs. You will find no logos, no testimonials and no invented numbers on this site, because there are no customers yet.
