Pricing

In the open.

All prices in Australian dollars, GST included. You pay by how many people, never by team: teams and admins are unlimited on every club plan. Nothing on this page is designed to surprise you.

Provisional

We set these prices before our first club. We will confirm them with our founding clubs before public launch.

Texts, priced honestly

Beyond your monthly allowance, texts are prepaid credits at 6c each, and credits never expire. Wholesale costs us roughly 1.6 to 3 cents; we publish the margin because you should be able to see who pays for what.

Before every send, the cost is on the button: Nudge 12 ≈ $0.72. The first bill is never a surprise.

Annual is the off-season discount

Pay yearly and 2 months are free. We name it honestly: it is the off-season discount, because your club does not stop existing in the wet months.

Seasonal club that truly goes quiet? Ask us about the off-season pause: data kept, texts off, read-only until you are back.

The treasurer's question

Your smallest sponsor can cover the year.

$290 covers Club Starter for a whole year. That is smaller than the smallest line on most sponsorship menus.

The club sells it and keeps anything above the bill. MeetPi never invoices a sponsor and never runs ads. Sponsor name placements on club pages ship with the sponsors release in 2027, and sponsor names never appear in texts or on pages children see.

Fair questions

Asked by every committee, answered plainly.

Spond is free. Why would we pay?

It really can be free: a club that never takes payments through Spond uses it at no cost, and we would rather say that plainly than pretend otherwise.

But "free" is a business model, and someone always pays. Spond adds a processing fee on club payments. MeetPi is paid the boring way: one published price and a published SMS margin. With MeetPi you can see exactly who pays and what for.

The reason clubs switch is not price. It is the message that arrives as a text, the RSVP that sorts itself, and the roster that exists exactly once.

Do we still need PlayHQ, Squadi or GameDay?

Yes. Registration stays wherever your association mandates it, and MeetPi never touches it. Bring the roster across as a club-authorised export and MeetPi runs the club side of the week: the asks, the replies, the board, the record. The mirror is one way and nothing writes back.

Can parents really use it without installing anything?

Yes, permanently and by design. Parents reply to a text, or tap a link to a page that needs no app, no account and no password. That is the whole parent experience. Coaches and committee use MeetPi itself, which installs from the browser.

What about taking payments?

Payments are on the roadmap for autumn 2027, for club-controlled money only: uniforms, canteen, social tickets, fundraising. When they ship, the platform fee is $0, enforced in code. You pay Stripe's processing fee and nothing to us. Registration money stays with your association's system.

What happens to our data if we leave?

It leaves with you. Your roster and records export to CSV at any time, complete and free. We would rather earn the renewal than block the door.

What does "provisional" mean here?

We wrote these prices before our first club, and we will confirm them with our founding clubs during the 2026-27 season, before a wider launch. The shape stays the same: a published price, a published SMS margin, and a $0 platform fee on payments, enforced in code.
