What MeetPi will never do.
Restraint that is written down beats restraint that is a vibe. These commitments are published so your committee can hold us to them.
Take a percentage of your club's money
When payments ship, the platform fee is $0, enforced in code. You pay Stripe's processing fee and nothing to us. MeetPi never holds your funds. We are paid the boring way: a published subscription and a published SMS margin.
Give the AI a send button
The AI drafts wording. It cannot send, structurally: there is no code path from the AI to your families. A person reads, edits and presses send, every time. Phone numbers and email addresses are stripped before anything reaches the AI, and it never rates, ranks or compares children.
Ignore STOP
Reply STOP and every text stops, platform-wide, in seconds. The law allows 5 business days. We do not use them.
Put a message between one adult and one child
Adults cannot text a child 1:1 through MeetPi. Under-13s hold no accounts and no phone numbers in MeetPi. Anything that concerns a child goes to their guardians.
Sell ads, or put sponsors in your texts
No sponsor content in SMS or push, ever, and never on pages children see. When sponsor placements arrive in 2027, a club chooses one sponsor per surface per season, always labelled "Club sponsor", and MeetPi will never invoice them. No ad trackers, no member data to sponsors.
Rank the kids
No junior leaderboards, no percentiles, no ratings. What we keep exists to fuel the end-of-year conversation, not a spreadsheet about a 9-year-old.
Pretend to be an emergency service
Urgent broadcasts are texts we send as fast as we can, with no delivery guarantee. MeetPi is not a life-safety system, and we will never market it as one.
Touch your registration system
Your roster comes across as a club-authorised export or a paste. The mirror is one way: MeetPi never scrapes, never stores your PlayHQ or Squadi login, and never writes back.
Claim someone read a message
SMS has delivery receipts, not read receipts. We show you what was delivered and who has not answered yet. We never claim to know more than that.
Lock the door
Your roster exports to CSV, complete and free, whenever you like, and every record we add will export the same way. We earn the renewal by being useful, and we prove it by making leaving easy.
Blast your club by accident
Automated texts are capped: at most 1 automated text per person per day, and a hard per-club cap each day. Every send sits in a ledger you can read. And after any restore from backup, sending starts frozen until a human turns it back on.

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics and makes no requests to anyone else's servers. The product carries no ad trackers and never sells member data.
Australia first, named exceptions.
The primary data store is in Australia (Sydney).
Some named services process data offshore when they are used: payments (Stripe), transactional email (Resend), AI drafting (Anthropic) and error monitoring (Sentry). Medical information is not collected at all, and phone numbers and email addresses are stripped from anything sent to the AI.
A full subprocessor register and our terms will be prepared with an Australian lawyer and published before our first paid club.
