It does the writing. You do the deciding.
A committee does not lose its evenings to decisions. It loses them to writing: the match report, the weekly note, the reminder that has to go out tonight. MeetPi drafts them, from what already happened on the platform, and hands them to you.
Riverton held on 24-19 at Payneham, a fourth straight win that lifts them to 2nd. Two tries to the forwards inside the first half did the damage; the defence closed out a tense final ten. Next Saturday: top of the table against Brighton.
An example draft. You edit and post; the AI does not.
The busywork, written for you to check.

From the result, the scorers and the ladder move, a report in your club's voice, ready to post to the team page and the feed.
Announcements
The training-changed note, the presentation-night reminder, the call for volunteers, drafted from the event, waiting for your edit.
Messages
Reminders and notes to players and guardians, in plain language, with the cost shown before anything is sent.
Weekly notes
The Sunday wrap and the week ahead, pulled together from the fixtures, results and what is coming up.
Event summaries
A recap of the gala day or the round, ready to share, so the story gets told while it is still warm.
Your voice, kept
It learns how your club writes from what you have sent, so a draft sounds like you, not like a robot.
Four steps, and a person at the end of every one.
- It reads the platform. The result that was approved, the fixtures, the ladder, what you asked for.
- It drafts. One clear piece of writing in your club's voice, nothing sent.
- You edit. Change a word or the whole thing. It is your message.
- You send. A human presses the button, every time, with the cost shown first.
There is no path in the code from the assistant to your members. It can draft and it can suggest. It can never send, move money, or change a roster on its own. That is not a setting you can switch off the safeguard, it is how it is built.
What the AI will never do.
It never sends
Every message, report and post is sent by a person who has read it. Drafting only, forever.
It never ranks a child
No ratings, no leaderboards, no "who is best". Fairness, when it exists, is plain arithmetic a human can audit, never a model's opinion.
It never sees contact details
Phone numbers and email addresses are stripped before anything reaches the assistant. It writes the words; it does not hold the address book.
It never touches the medical
Health information is never sent to any AI. It is consent-gated, age-tiered and kept well away from anything that drafts.
