The whole season, one system.
Six things a club juggles across six tools, brought into one. Built on one idea: the sport is configuration, never code, so the same engine runs rugby, netball, cricket or hockey.
Draws, results, and a ladder that keeps itself.
An association runs its competition across every member club: the draw, the rounds, the grades. Referees submit a result, an admin approves it, and the ladder recomputes on the spot, points, bonuses, differential and tiebreakers all by the rules of your code.
Every fixture becomes a match centre: teams and crests, venue and weather, kick-off countdown, ladder impact, team lists, the report and the gallery. Team pages build themselves from the results.
Competition data comes in the honest way: a club-authorised import or a sanctioned integration. MeetPi never scrapes your association's site, and nothing written here writes back to it.
| Team | P | W | Pts | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Brighton | 11 | 10 | 48 |
| 2 | Riverton | 11 | 9 | 44 |
| 3 | Norwood | 11 | 8 | 39 |
| 4 | Payneham | 11 | 6 | 30 |
An example ladder. Fictional clubs.
Saturday 9:00. 11 in · 2 no reply · first ball 9:00.
One message, the right channel, every time.
Reach a team or the whole club by text, push and email at once, deduped so a guardian with two kids gets one message. A reply threads itself back to the right game and lands on the board. Anything MeetPi should not guess at goes to one inbox, Replies to sort.
The cost is on the button before you send. STOP stops every text platform-wide in seconds. Automated reminders stay inside quiet hours and a strict budget, and the last nudge is a human with a call list, never a louder machine.
The parts nobody else joins up.
Calendar & fixtures
Training, games, meetings and socials on one calendar, with recurrence, RSVP and attendance. Families subscribe once and it lives in their phone's own calendar. Ground closures cascade to the fixtures and the notifications.
Team management
Availability, then selection: name the side on a field you can drag, set positions and the bench, mark the captain, and print a clean team sheet. Positions come from the sport, not a hardcoded list.
Club administration
One record for every person, whatever they play, coach or run. Scoped roles so everyone sees exactly their part, a searchable directory, and an audit trail on every action.
Media library
Match galleries, club photos, forms and coaching resources in one place, with permissions and tagging. Photos are stripped of location data on the way in.
Payments & fundraising
Take club money through Stripe, fundraising, uniforms, canteen, social tickets, and keep all of it. MeetPi's platform fee is 0%. You pay Stripe's processing fee and nothing to us, unlike a free app that skims the money on its way through.
Sponsors
Track a sponsor, their package and their assets, and place their name on club pages, one sponsor per surface, always labelled. Never in a text, never on a page a child sees. MeetPi never invoices them.
AI assistant
Drafts the match report, the weekly note and the reminders in your club's voice, from what already happened on the platform. You read it and send it.
How the AI works ›One engine. Any code. Australian by default.
There is no rugby version and netball version. There is one competition engine, configured by data, so a new sport is new settings, not a new codebase. Rugby Union is the first because it is where we are starting, not because anything is wired to it.
Every club's data is isolated from every other's in the database itself, not only in the app. The primary data store is in Australia (Sydney), with named subprocessors listed. Club money moves through Stripe at a 0% platform fee, and association registration stays where it is. The full list of what we refuse to do ›
Shipping through the season.
The club's week over text, with replies that sort themselves, is built and tested today. The competition platform is the road ahead. Here is the order, not a set of promises with dates.
The club's week
Roster import, availability over SMS, the board, announcements, attendance, cancel and reschedule, the calendar feed, and AI drafting. Walk through it ›
Payments and competitions
Stripe for club fundraising and club money at a 0% platform fee. Then the draw, results and approval, the ladder engine, the match centre and team pages, with the rugby reference first.
The full club
Calendar, activity feed, team management and the field, media, sponsors, the directory, and player profiles behind their safeguards.
