What we collect
- Names, and a guardian's mobile number and/or email, so the club can send RSVPs, fixtures and notices.
- Team and season membership, availability, attendance and RSVP responses.
- The money records the club's treasurer keeps, fees owed and paid. MeetPi never stores card details or moves money.
- The messages the club sends and any replies.
Children
Most players are under 18. A child's record is managed by their guardian, who is the point of contact and consent. MeetPi does not message children directly and children need no login.
Why, and who sees it
We collect this only to run your club's administration. Your data is stored in Australia and shared only with the subprocessors in our subprocessor register, some of which, named there, are offshore. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Consent and opting out
Reply STOP to any SMS to opt out at any time. It takes effect immediately, across the whole platform.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask your club administrator to see or correct what is held about you or your child. For a privacy concern, contact your club administrator or privacy@meetpi.app.
